１９９９（平成１１）年、警察への電話相談番号「＃９１１０」にちなんで、警察庁が制定。緊急の事件・事故以外の相談を受け付けている。

下水道の日

9月10日は下水道の日。

１９６１（昭和３６）年、建設省（現・国土交通省）が「全国下水道促進デー」として制定。２００１（平成１３）年に「下水道の日」に変更。下水道の整備を促進するために、広く人々の理解と協力を呼びかける。
